Those pet-slaughterers at PETA sent cookies to Shelby County, KY, legislators to reward them for proposing killing shelter pets after four years of being the number one no-kill community in the country. Fortunately, Shelby County No-Kill Mission made sure that didn't happen, just as they have been doing every day since 2008.
