I took this sign at the dog park. I don't understand what the guy is doing with the golf club and the Schutzhund dog. Please explain?

I;ve only seen signs showing poop bags but this does look like a poop shovel...except wheres the scooper? It's a lame sign.

The dog is the club pro. He's been trying to get the guy to improve his grip for the past month, and is just about to give up and bite him.
