Day 3:

15 mins full body weights, no rest

Conditioning class

30 mins of sprints

How am I doing?

Oh, day 4 will only have one thing:

19-mile road bike ride in nasty headwind -- that was perhaps less fun than it could have been! An hour and 10 mins.


KT, you are my hero. I bow down at your awesomeness.


LOL! But then I blew it by partying in LA for the weekend ... back to serious again today!
