The media release from Oklahoma State University about a "new" strain of canine parvovirus that's created so much hysteria on the Internet and in the dog parks has been removed from the university's website. I posted a copy of the original release here, and will try to find out what the issue is and update you.

Well we can speculate as to why it was removed. Maybe they agreed with your assessment that it was alarmist and sensationalized. Maybe they are modifying it. Maybe they've discovered a "new" strain of something else horrible and want to add that warning on...
