I have all these theories on the dance music hate thing, and I'll bore you with them one day, but for now all I can say is that since I can't write about dance music at club.kingsnake.com, I have to do it here or it'll get all bottled up inside me and I'll have an aneurysm or something, and you wouldn't want that, would you?
First, a dirty secret. Maybe not so secret, but it's very very dirty. I love Madonna's Confessions on a Dance Floor. I shouldn't, for so many reasons, but it's the best thing she did since she started lifting weights. (Review photo of her arms at Coachella.) That, however, is old news. What's new is that there's a new single with lots of remixes from the album ... courtesy of the crack pushers at PerfectBeat.com:
As Madonna is busy filling stadiums across the county, we'll be busy filling endless internet orders for her new single "Get Together". That's right, PB got the hook up once again and the single is here a week before everyone else will be getting it. Get the orders in quick because you know these will be gone before you know it. Mixes by Danny Howells, Tiefschwarz, James Holden and of course Jacques Lu Cont. As an added bonus you'll also get the Thin White Duke Remix of "I Love New York".
They also have a new single with a couple of remixes from my girl P!nk, the song "Who Knew" with a full length Sharp Boys remix as well as a Bimbo Jones radio edit.
If you're completely into instant gratification like I am, the best you can do is overnight delivery, because PB ships actual CDs, doesn't sell downloads (although you can sample everything on the site) ... hell, they even sell VINYL when it's available. Music fast, gratification slightly delayed.

Madonna is waiting for me in hell. I know it. She's talking to Oprah, and their mutual new love is country music songs about Kabbala. they truss me up like Malcolm MacDowell in a Clockwork Orange, and I have to listen to them for eternity...

You say that like it's a bad thing.
