UPDATE: If you're in the Bay Area, I'll be on the 11 o'clock news on CBS5 tonight, and then on Mornings on 2 Friday at around 8:45 AM to discuss the recall.
Cool, calm, composed; journalistically detached; not to mention perfectly groomed -- great show on "Morning."
The points you were able to make were valid and important. Closest to a genuine smile was when you were able to say "I've been feeding a home-prepared diet for 21 years." Knowing you, that beautiful smile might have been an act. If so, it was a good one.
CBS just didn't treat you fairly; you needed more time -- maybe there'll be another opportunity.
